Annual Fee: Full-time attendance at the School of Dental Medicine.

General Fee: Includes access to University libraries, recreational facilities and other University services not directly associated with specific courses.

Technology Fee: Established to advance and improve computer technology at the School of Dental Medicine.

Room and Board: Estimate which reflects an average off-campus residence.

Books and Supplies: Estimated cost for required textbooks and supplies. **

Miscellaneous: Estimated costs for health insurance (single person coverage) ** external loan fees, telephone service, personal entertainment, laundry and other personal items.

Instrument Mgt. Service: Required instrumentation.

Endodontic Technology Fee: All incoming & continuing post-graduate students will be charged this fee for the maintenance of the microscope plus other high technical instrumentation used in the Endodontic Clinic.

Clinical Apparel: Apparel provided by a local linen supplier required in all laboratory and clinical settings.

* Due to the need to possibly purchase additional equipment require in the first year, the Endodontics educational budget for 2009-10 will be increased an additional $6,000. This will allow residents to borrow additional funding if necessary.

** The health insurance is based on single person coverage at the University of Pennsylvania. If you need family coverage the fee will be higher and you may need to request a budget increase.
