How to Participate

For your convenience, a number of giving options are available, including outright gifts of cash, appreciated securities, or pledges payable over a five-year period.

• Call the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at 215-898-8951 and make a gift with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Network.

• Send your check, made payable to the "Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania," to the address below.

• Transfer appreciated securities for substantial tax benefits. You will receive an income tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the stock on the effective date of the gift, while also avoiding capital gains tax on the transfer.

• For all multi-year pledges, we ask the donor to sign a gift agreement, which states the form, schedule, and purpose of your gift.
