Cancellations made in writing and received by Penn Dental Medicine before September 20, 2013 will be refunded in full. For cancellations received on or after Septemeber 20, 2013, but before the start of the conference, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged. No refunds will be given after the conference begins.
