It has already been two years since the Global Penn Endo Symposium took place in Krakow. Your support of that Symposium was key to the huge success of the event. For years, Pulp Fiction has been the most successful Endo meeting in Poland. I am fortunate to have been invited as a guest speaker for many years. Now, Profident, the organizers of Pulp Fiction, and Penn Dental Medicine are collaborating on the Global Penn Endo-Perio Symposium. This event will take place in Krakow, December 6-8, 2013 at the same venue where we had our Global Penn Endo Symposium two years ago.
This Symposium is fundamentally different from any other Perio and Implant meeting in that this is for general dentists, not for implantologists. The Symposium is designed to introduce the philosophy of Penn Dental Medicine and the Periodontics Department to Polish dentists. The topics will focus on:
Clinical dentistry is very complex in modern dentistry. General dentists and specialists must know the other fields well to guide patients to the correct treatment path. Perio is an important and integral part of clinical dentistry like Endo and general dentists must know the modern Perio treatment modality well. This is Penn Dental Medicine’s basic philosophy on clinical dentistry.
I am pleased to bring faculty from the world famous Penn Dental Medicine’s Periodontics Department to your country to share their knowledge with you.
I look forward to seeing you all at the Symposium.
My warmest regards,
Syngcuk Kim, DDS, PhD, MD (hon)
