Reporting Problems with the Confocal:

• Note problem in Log book. Please provide a quick description of the problem you are having on the sign in sheet. Then turn to the back of the sign in book and provide a longer description in the "Comments" section. This will enable us to track problems overtime and between users so we can more effectively troubleshoot and eliminate problems.

• Report to Penn Dental Medicine contact personnel available at the time. Cagla Akay, Michael White or Kelly Jordan-Sciutto are available in Levy rooms 312 - 314.

• Please e-mail the Director Dr. Kelly Jordan-Sciutto stating the problem.
