| Refund Policy: Written refund requests (minus a $50 administration fee or 20%, whichever is less) will be honored if received by four working days prior to a given course. Penn Dental Medicine is not responsible for the refund on any part of the tuition as a result of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control. |
| Course Credit: Continuing education credits may not apply toward license renewal in all states. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of his/her state licensing board. Please check with your state licensing board to ensure that a particular course will meet your continuing education requirements. All formal CDE courses will include on-site credit award slips. |
