Lovika (Class of 2020) completed her dental training at the University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Community Health in 2018. During dental school, Lovika developed a strong interest in treating patients with special needs while organizing events to help other students develop their own skills in this field.
Catherine (Class of 2020) graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Community Health and Dentistry for the Medically Complex in 2018. Catherine continued her strong research interests throughout dental school with a recent publication on the effect of topical anesthetics on oral mucosa.
Morgan (Class of 2020) graduated from Howard University in 2018 where she volunteered for many community health organizations such as Mission of Mercy. Morgan also served as the captain for her undergraduate soccer team. She continues her interest in running by competing in half-marathons.
Jessica (Class of 2020) graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018 with Honors in Community Health. She developed a keen interest in research throughout her undergraduate as well as her dental education where she presented her latest findings at the American Association for Dental Research.
Alec (Class of 2021) graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 where he was strongly involved in Special Olympics and Give Kids a Smile Day. Alec was also Team Captain for his gymnastics team while he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma.
Morgane (Class of 2021) graduated from Harvard University in 2019. While in dental school, Morgane was a Global and Community Health Scholar where she promoted community dental health with a focus on nutrition for patients with developmental delays. In this role, she co-founded iFOODD (Interventions in Family Oriented Diet for Development).
Asal (Class of 2021) completed her original dental training at the Azad University of Tehran before graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Community Oral Health in 2019. Asal previously worked with Dr. John Del Gaiso in Philadelphia before entering residency.
Jaqueline (Class of 2021) graduated from Midwestern University in 2015 where she served as class president before completing a general practice residency in 2016 at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Jackie also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and worked as a civilian dentist at the Vandenberg Air Force Base before joining us
