Alec (Class of 2021) graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 where he was strongly involved in Special Olympics and Give Kids a Smile Day. Alec was also Team Captain for his gymnastics team while he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma.
Morgane (Class of 2021) graduated from Harvard University in 2019. While in dental school, Morgane was a Global and Community Health Scholar where she promoted community dental health with a focus on nutrition for patients with developmental delays. In this role, she co-founded iFOODD (Interventions in Family Oriented Diet for Development).
Asal (Class of 2021) completed her original dental training at the Azad University of Tehran before graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with Honors in Community Oral Health in 2019. Asal previously worked with Dr. John Del Gaiso in Philadelphia before entering residency.
Jaqueline (Class of 2021) graduated from Midwestern University in 2015 where she served as class president before completing a general practice residency in 2016 at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Jackie also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and worked as a civilian dentist at the Vandenberg Air Force Base before joining us
Joyce (Class of 2022) completed her dental school training at Tufts University in 2020. Before dental school, Joyce completed her Master’s Degree in Oral Health Sciences and for her capstone project, focused on Oral Health in Refugee Populations.
Jian (Class of 2022) recently graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020. Throughout dental school, Jian taught patients with Special Health Care Needs different practical skills through the program, Camp Zip. He also completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program during dental school.
Jessie (Class of 2022) graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2020. Throughout dental school, Jessie was very active in planning school visits, and health fairs to young patients in the local community. She also volunteered with Give Kids a Smiles throughout dental school and has a passion for providing care to the pediatric population.
Rebecca (Class of 2022) graduated from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2020. In dental school, Rebecca traveled to Panama where she provided dental care to the local population. She also participated in an International Exchange Program where she spent time at dental schools in Bangkok, Thailand and Tokyo, Japan.
