Ayman (class of 2021) graduated from King Saud University in 2015. During dental school, he developed a keen interest in Oral Medicine. In 2017, he was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Oral Medicine and Diagnostic Sciences at KSU. His interests include management of medically complex patients, oral oncology, and orofacial pain. Ayman plans to pursue an academic career with active research practice.
Bilal Almasri (class of 2021) graduated from Misr University for Science and Technology in 2008 with Honors. He enrolled in a GPR program at the same school for one year for comprehensive general dentistry. In 2010, Bilal joined the Maxillofacial Surgery Department in the national hospital in Syria.
Roopali (class of 2021) graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with Honors in Community Health and Dentistry for the Medically Complex. She completed her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree through the Perelman School of Medicine as a dual-degree student. Throughout dental school, she was actively involved in the American Student Dental Association, serving as national president in 2018-2019. Roopali plans to work in academia following graduation.
Waleed Alamoudi (class of 2021) completed his dental education and training in Saudi Arabia at King Abdulaziz University and graduated with Honors in 2013. He obtained a Master’s degree in oral medicine at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London in 2017. His research interest is in the relationship between the oral cavity and systemic diseases. After graduation, Waleed plans to return to Saudi Arabia to work in academia.
Geetha Srinivasan (class of 1997) graduated in 1997 with a B.D.S. from T.N. Govt. Dental College & Hospital, India and received her D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2006. She completed a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2011. She has owned a private dental practice for 14 years. Presently, she is a Clinical Associate for the Department of Oral Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She received awards for Outstanding Performance, Pre-Doctoral Endodontic Program and Honors Program, Medically Compromised Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Anwar AlMuzaini graduated from Kuwait University with a Bachelor of Basic Medical Sciences and Bachelor of Dental Medicine. She worked as a general practitioner in Kuwait for two years in the Ministry of Health. Dr. AlMuzaini completed her oral medicine residency and Master of Science in Oral Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently enrolled in the Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology Fellowship Program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in the Division of Radiology.
