Continuing Education Presentation
Course Description
Healthcare is evolving beyond traditional silos, recognizing that oral health is inseparable from overall health. One Team: The Future of Medical Dental Integration explores how collaborative care models are transforming the patient experience by uniting medical, dental, and other healthcare professionals around a shared commitment to whole-person care. This presentation examines the growing evidence linking oral health to chronic disease management, preventive care, and health outcomes, while highlighting innovative strategies that bring healthcare professionals together. Attendees will learn how health systems, FQHCs, and provider organizations are breaking down barriers to improve access, enhance patient outcomes, and create a more seamless care experience. Participants will leave with actionable insights on how to build a culture of collaboration, strengthen interdisciplinary partnerships, and advance integrated care models that support healthier patients and communities.
