Penn Dental Medicine
After careful consideration of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, we have decided to postpone this event. This symposium and reception benefit will be rescheduled with the new date to be determined once the situation has resolved.
Penn Dental Medicine and the Cohen Amsterdam Education Foundation (CAEF) are pleased to present Dentistry 2020: Comprehensive Dentistry in Focus to be held from June 4th to 6th, 2020 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This 3-day symposium is designed to provide clinically relevant information that a dentist can bring back to their practice and immediately implement. It will explore the current state of the art in treatment planning, treatment concepts and techniques in four modules in contemporary dentistry: esthetics, digital dentistry, implants and periodontics (perio-ortho and perio-prosthesis).
As part of the symposium, a reception benefit will raise funds for the D. Water Cohen Scholarship and Weisgold & Amsterdam Periodontial Prosthesis Scholarship fund, helping to support the tuition expenses for residents in the Periodontics, Periodontal Prosthesis, and Periodontics/Orthodontics programs. Honorees will be Drs. John Kois (D77), Arnold Weisgold (GD65) and, posthumously honoring Dr. Jay Seibert (D53).
Content presented at Dentistry 2020: Comprehensive Dentistry in Focus will most definitely interest practitioners in restorative dentistry, periodontics, and/or implant dentistry who are looking to sharpen their focus on where dentistry is and where it is headed in 2020.
