Dr. Foote is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/Pharmacology.
After completing his D.M.D at Penn Dental Medicine in 2010, Dr. Foote served in the U.S. Army for three years as a Captain of the 3rd
Brigade in the 3rd Infantry division. Following his service, he pursued postdoctoral training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, earning his MD at Drexel University College of Medicine and then completing in Oral & Maxillofacial residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident.
His research includes an an observational study to evaluate concordance rate of results of intraoral examinations performed using live or recorded video footage and in-person intraoral examinations.
