Professional Biography

Dr. Ierardi serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Restorative Dentistry and a Primary Care Unit Director in the Division of Restorative Dentistry at Penn Dental Medicine. After obtaining her B.S. in Medical Technology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980, she went on to earn her D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984. Dr. Ierardi also completed her General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in 1981. Prior to being appointed Assistant Professor at Penn Dental Medicine, Dr. Ierardi held various roles at Penn Dental Medicine within the Division of Restorative Dentistry, including Clinical Associate (2014 – 2017), Clinical Assistant Professor (2017 – 2019), Assistant Director of Comprehensive Clinics (2017 – 2020), and Instructor/Group Leader (2019 – 2020).
