Professional Biography

Dr. Wang is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery/Pharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He is also the Director of the Predoctoral Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program and the Oral Surgery Clinic Director at Penn Dental Medicine. He practices at the hospitals of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and the Penn Dental Family Practice. Dr. Wang received both his dental and medical degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his surgical residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wang’s areas of expertise and passion includes orthognathic surgery, pathology and reconstruction, exodontia, dental implants, and bone grafting.
