Dr. Ya-Hsin Yu is an Instructor of Endodontics. She teaches both predoctoral students and postdoctoral residents in endodontic clinic, seminars, and literature reviews. Dr. Yu earned her dental degree from China Medical University (Taiwan) in 2012. After practicing for a few years as a general dentist in Taiwan, she decided to pursue endodontic specialty training. Dr. Yu enrolled in an endodontic program at Taipei Veteran General Hospital (Taiwan) until 2014. She then obtained her postgraduate endodontic certificate and master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests are focused on the topics of TMJ pain and endodontic pain, as well as the outcome of endodontic-related surgery. Dr. Yu is a board-certified endodontist and has lectured at international conferences.
