Since 2015, he also has been a clinical instructor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and is a frequent lecturer on advanced periodontal-prosthetic treatment planning, surgical and prosthetic techniques, and practice management.
Dr. Singer earned his D.D.S. with honors in 1997 from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and completed postgraduate specialty training in Periodontics at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1999.
While taking on this leadership post, Dr. Singer will continue to see patients as well, with plans to practice one day a week within the Penn Dental Family Practice.
