Dean Mark Wolff Inducted into International College of Dentists USA Section

Philadelphia – Penn Dental Medicine’s Morton Amsterdam Dean, Dr. Mark Wolff, is among the 2023 cohort of inductees to the International College of Dentists (ICD) USA Section, the honorary dental organization committed to improving global oral health. The induction ceremony took place as part of  the ICD USA Section Annual Meeting, Convocation & Welcome Celebration, held Oct. 3-6 in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

The USA Section of the ICD recognizes and promotes excellence in leadership with an emphasis on service, addresses oral health needs and education throughout the United States and the world, and fosters an atmosphere of collaboration.

As part of the meeting, Penn Dental Medicine alumnus Dr. Frank Serio (D’80) was also honored for his mission work in the Dominican Republic with the ICD Distinguished Humanitarian Award, presented annually to an ICD USA Section Fellow who has demonstrated an extraordinary dedication and commitment to serving those in need.
