You can recommend or direct gifts to Penn Dental Medicine using donor-advised funds (DAF) or private foundations. To initiate your gift through a DAF, choose one of the two options below:
To Make a DAF Distribution Online:
1. Visit the Penn Giving website.
2. Select the fund you’d like to support.
3. Choose “Donor Advised Fund” as the gift type to see the DAFpay option (Note: Choose another gift type is located below the One-time/Monthly option)
4. Select your DAF provider, log into your DAF account, and recommend a gift to the University of Pennsylvania.
5. The University will be notified of your grant recommendation.
To Make a DAF Distribution by Mail:
1. Contact your donor-advised fund administrator.
2. Specify the fund where your gift should be directed.
3. Provide the University of Pennsylvania’s Tax ID/EIN: 23-1352685.
4. Make checks payable to Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and mail them to:
