Eligibility
Abstracts will be accepted from Penn Dental Medicine faculty, MSOB students, DScD students, residents and junior investigators which include postdoctoral fellows, research associates and junior faculty.
Abstract Submission
Title: Abstract titles are limited to 20 words. First letter of each word should be capitalized unless there is a preposition. Italicize as appropriate.
Authors: Authors names should be capitalized and entered as follows: last name, first name and middle initial. Affiliations must be listed. List the presenting author’s information under Contact Information. All graduate student and postdoc abstracts must include their mentor as co-author.
Text: Abstracts are limited to 400 words. Do not include the title, authors, or references in the text. Graphics and tables are not allowed. Sponsor, funding agency and grant number should be included in the “SUPPORT” field. Text should be divided into the following titles:
Eligibility
All Penn Dental Medicine students are invited to submit an abstract for oral presentation. Attendance and oral presentation are mandatory for all honors and summer research students. Several students in the honors programs work in groups. If this is the case, please list all authors on the abstract, but submit ONLY one abstract for the group.
