When/where can I find the Penn Dental Medicine Alumni Weekend schedule?
A general outline of events/programming is available on the About the Weekend web page to help you plan your trip. Please note, the final schedule will not be available until after the New Year.
What programming is taking place elsewhere on campus during alumni weekend?
A complete list of programs being offered throughout the University will be available March 2017 at www.alumni.upenn.edu/alumniweekend. Please note there may be separate registration or additional fees for events not sponsored by the School of Dental Medicine.

What is the dress code for the weekend?
There are no dress requirements for Friday and Saturday events. If you are participating in the parade or picnic on Saturday, please dress comfortably for the parade down Locust Walk and for the outdoor picnic on College Green.
Do I have to register in advance?
Yes, advanced registration is required. Registration will be open beginning February 2017. You will have the option to register online, by fax at 215-573-1791, or by mail to :

Where can I pick up my registration materials?
Registration materials will be available in the atrium of the Robert Schattner Center from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
How do I change or cancel my registration?
To change or cancel your registration, please call the PDM Alumni Relations Office at 215-898-8951. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Friday, May 5.
**Please note: cancellations for accommodations must be made directly with the hotel.

What’s the best way to get to and from campus?
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from campus to center city during peak times throughout the weekend. Final shuttle schedules will be available the week of May 8 and available at registration or by calling 215-898-3542.
Is there parking on campus?
Parking is available in lots throughout campus. The nearest lot to the School is Garage 40 at 40th and Walnut Streets (entrance on Walnut). In and out privileges are not available.

Are there child-friendly activities during Alumni Weekend?
Yes, there are a variety of fun activities for children throughout the weekend as well as arts, crafts, and entertainment specifically at Penn’s Fun Zone locations on Saturday from 12:30 to 3:30 PM.
Will child care be available?
A variety of fun activities for children will be offered at the Penn Children’s Center, a licensed childcare facility at 3160 Chestnut Street, Suite 100, at the Left Bank. Childcare hours are Friday and Saturday 6 PM – Midnight. The cost for childcare is $15 per hour for the first child; $5 per hour per child for additional children. A $15 nonrefundable deposit is required by May 5, 2017, and must be paid online via general Alumni Weekend registration site at www.alumni.upenn.edu/alumniweekend. The remainder of the fee is due at the time you drop off your child.Reservations are only available until May 5. Click here to download all required forms. I have specific dietary restrictions. Will you be able to accommodate me?
We can accommodate almost any dietary need or restriction. Kosher meals or vegetarian options can be accommodated by notifying us at least one week prior to Alumni Weekend. Please include your specific restrictions or requests when registering or contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 215-898-8951 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I find out if any of my classmates are attending?
Beginning February 2017, you can view the “See Who’s Coming” link for a cumulative list of alumni registered for the weekend.
