Where can I learn about the topics being presented during the Penn Dental Alumni Weekend?
All information about topics and speakers will be available on the Schedule and Registration page of the Penn Dental Medicine website beginning March 2015.
What programming is taking place elsewhere on campus during alumni weekend?
A complete list of programs being offered throughout the University is available March 2015 at Penn Alumni Weekend 2015. Please note there may be separate registration or additional fees for events not sponsored by the Penn Dental Medicine.
What is the dress code for the weekend?
The dress for all daytime events is casual. The Saturday night dinner at The Union League is business/cocktail attire.
Do I have to register in advance?
Yes, advanced registration is required. Registration be open beginning March 2015 and will close Wednesday, May 6. You will be able to register online as well as by fax or by mail.
Where can I pick up my registration materials?
Registration materials will be available in the atrium of the Robert Schattner Center from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you will only be attending the Reunion Dinner at The Union League, your registration materials will be available for you there.
How do I change or cancel my registration?
To change or cancel your registration, please call the Alumni Relations Office at 215-898-8951 and have the credit card you used to make your initial reservation available. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Monday, May 11.
**Please note: cancellations for accommodations must be made directly with the hotel.

What’s the best way to get to and from campus?
If you are staying in one of the hotels listed on the accommodations page, there will be a shuttle bus running between those hotels and campus on a regular schedule during the day on Friday and Saturday. If you are staying in another hotel in Center City Philadelphia, you are welcome to ride the shuttle from one of our listed hotels. Shuttle schedules will be available at the registration desk at the Robert Schattner Center. If you are from the Philadelphia area and will not be staying in a hotel, we strongly encourage you to take public transportation to and from campus — view SEPTA schedules for its regional rail and high-speed lines.
Is there parking on campus?
Parking is available in lots throughout campus. For more information, call the Parking Office directly at 215.898.8667 or visit their website at www.upenn.edu/parking. In and out privileges are not available. Phone numbers are posted on the entrance to each garage in case the lot is closed after a late-night event:

Are there child-friendly activities during Alumni Weekend? Will child care be available?
A variety of fun activities for children will be offered at the Penn Children’s Center, a licensed childcare facility at 3160 Chestnut Street, Suite 100, on the Left Bank. You can drop your child off any time Friday and Saturday between 6 PM and midnight. The cost for childcare is $15 per hour for the first child; $5 per hour per child for additional children. A $15 nonrefundable deposit is required by May 9, 2015, which can be paid online via credit card at www.alumni.upenn.edu/alumniweekend2015. The remainder of the fee should be paid at the time you drop off your child. Forms of payment we accept are: Cash, Check or MO made out to The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments onsite.
I have specific dietary restrictions. Will you be able to accommodate me?
We can accommodate almost any dietary needs or restrictions. Kosher meals or vegetarian options can be accommodated by notifying us at least one week prior to alumni weekend.
How can I find out if any of my classmates are attending?
Beginning March 2015, you can view the attendance list for a cumulative list of alumni registered for the Weekend. Sort to find your classmates by clicking “Class Year” at the top of the column.
How can I find or reconnect with classmates before Alumni Weekend?
