Where can I learn about the topics being presented during the Penn Dental Alumni Weekend?
All information about topics and speakers will be available on the of the Penn Dental Medicine website beginning March 2014.
What programming is taking place elsewhere on campus during alumni weekend?
A complete list of programs being offered throughout the University will be available after March 3, 2014 at Penn Alumni Weekend 2014. Please note there may be separate registration or additional fees for events not sponsored by the Penn Dental Medicine.
What is the dress code for the weekend?
The dress for all daytime events is casual. The Saturday night dinner at the Ritz Carlton is business/cocktail attire.
Do I have to register in advance?

Where can I pick up my registration materials?
Registration materials will be available in the atrium of the Robert Schattner Center from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. If you will only be attending the Reunion Dinner at the Ritz Carlton, your registration materials will be available for you there.
How do I change or cancel my registration?
To change your registration, please call our office at 215-898-8951 and have the credit card you used to make your initial reservation available. Should you wish to cancel your registration, please contact our offices by phone at 215-898-8951 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be no refunds for cancellations after Friday, May 9. Please note: cancellations for accommodations must be made directly with the hotel.

What’s the best way to get to and from campus?
If you are from the Philadelphia area and will not be staying in a hotel, we strongly encourage you to take public transportation to and from campus — view SEPTA schedules for its regional rail and high-speed lines.
Is there parking on campus?
Parking is available in lots throughout campus. Individual parking rates apply:

Are there child-friendly activities during Alumni Weekend? Will child care be available?
The University of Pennsylvania’s child care center is for children ages three months to five years. Located on the University campus, the Center is administered by the Department of Business Services at Penn. Penn Children’s Center is one of the few centers in the area accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The charge is $15/hour for the first child and $5/hour for each additional child. A $15 nonrefundable deposit is required by May 3, which can be paid online via credit card. The remainder of the fee should be paid at the time you drop off your child. For that remainder, forms of payment we accept are: cash, check, or money order made out to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments on site.
I have specific dietary restrictions. Will you be able to accommodate me?
We can accommodate almost any dietary needs or restrictions. Kosher meals or vegetarian options can be accommodated by notifying us at least one week prior to alumni weekend.
How can I find out if any of my classmates are attending?
Beginning March 2014, you can view the attendance list for a cumulative list of alumni registered for the Weekend. Sort to find your classmates by clicking “Class Year” at the top of the column
How can I find or reconnect with classmates before Alumni Weekend?
