Description

As we prepare to move forward in whatever phase of the reopening pathway we are on, new and unique privacy and security concerns have arisen. To address these emerging needs, Penn Dental Medicine will host an online conference “Post-COVID19, What Keeps Us Awake at Night: Privacy and Security in Dentistry and Education.” The session will focus on three general topics:

  • Privacy and security issues surrounding teledentistry
  • Patient record management as HIPAA rules are reinstated
  • Privacy and security issues regarding teaching and exam platforms –current and future.
